In a strategic stride toward redefining India’s wellness-driven FMCG landscape, ITC Limited has announced the acquisition of Sresta Natural Bioproducts Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of 24 Mantra Organic, in a landmark ₹472.5 crore all-cash deal. The move marks a significant chapter in ITC’s “Next Strategy,” a vision focused on health, sustainability, and premium product diversification.
Structured as a 100 percent stake acquisition, the deal involves an initial payment of ₹400 crore, with the remaining ₹72.5 crore staggered over 24 months, contingent on specific milestones. Expected to close in Q1 of FY2025–26, the acquisition brings under ITC’s wing one of India’s most trusted organic food brands, with over 100 SKUs and a strong footprint in global markets like the U.S. and UAE.
Founded in 2004, 24 Mantra Organic has carved a niche with its extensive portfolio, ranging from organic staples and spices to beverages, supported by a deeply integrated supply chain that partners with over 27,500 farmers and manages more than 1.4 lakh acres of certified organic farmland across 10 Indian states.

With this acquisition, ITC is poised to lead India’s organic revolution, capitalizing on rising consumer demand for sustainable, clean, and wellness-focused products. Coupled with its full acquisition of Mother Sparsh, ITC is clearly doubling down on direct-to-consumer health and wellness segments, cementing its future as a holistic and innovation-led FMCG powerhouse.
