A new initiative has been launched to help developers move from AI experimentation to building production-ready applications through a structured learning journey. The program is designed in three phases Explore, Engineer, and Excel guiding participants from foundational AI concepts to advanced real-world implementation.
During the Explore phase, developers will learn the fundamentals of modern AI systems and experiment with early prototypes. The Engineer phase focuses on hands-on development, where participants build scalable applications with guidance from mentors and industry experts. Finally, the Excel phase supports developers in refining and deploying production-ready AI solutions.
The program also includes hands-on workshops, expert mentorship sessions, and a national Agentic AI Hackathon, giving participants an opportunity to collaborate and solve real-world problems using AI technologies. The most promising innovations will be showcased at AI Confluence 2026, offering visibility to emerging developers and startups.
By combining structured learning with competitive innovation, the initiative aims to strengthen India’s AI-ready developer ecosystem and encourage the creation of scalable AI-driven solutions across industries.
Bottom line: Programs like this are helping build a stronger pipeline of AI talent in India, turning experimentation into real-world innovation.
