Fintech major BharatPe has appointed Harshita Khanna as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, marking a key leadership addition as the company accelerates its growth and culture transformation.
With over 18 years of HR leadership experience spanning Home Credit India, Nokia, and Aon, Khanna brings deep expertise in organizational design, leadership development, and large-scale transformation. She will spearhead BharatPe’s people strategy, focusing on strengthening talent, leadership, and workplace innovation.
