IKEA India sales rise 6% in FY25 as online revenue jumps 34%

IKEA India has reported a 6% year-on-year revenue increase to ₹1,860 crore in FY25, driven by robust e-commerce growth and expanding presence in North India. The company’s online sales surged 34%, underscoring the strong adoption of digital retail channels among urban and millennial consumers.

The IKEA for Business vertical contributed 19% of total sales, reflecting the brand’s deepening engagement with India’s growing SME and B2B segments. Among the top-performing categories, iconic products like the BILLY bookcase and PAX wardrobe registered triple-digit growth, highlighting a renewed interest in organized, aesthetic home solutions.

Patrik Antoni, CEO of IKEA India, said:

“The home furnishing market in India is projected to reach USD 48 billion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 8.7%. We are truly inspired by this potential. Our goal is to turn profitable within the next two years, while building a solid foundation for a better everyday life for many Indians.”
