Biz2X has appointed Narendra Singh Chandel as Vice President and Head of Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team as the SaaS lender accelerates global expansion across India, the US, and the MENA region. With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, Chandel brings deep expertise in workforce planning, leadership development, and organisational transformation. In his new role, he will lead Biz2X’s global people strategy, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled hiring, talent development, and scalable HR infrastructure to support the company’s next phase of growth.
CEO and Co-founder Rohit Arora highlighted that strong teams and leadership capability will be a key differentiator as Biz2X expands across markets. He noted that Chandel’s experience in building people organisations that balance structure with agility will be especially valuable as the company adopts an AI-led approach to talent across product, technology, engineering, and delivery functions in 2026.
