Kartik Chandrasekhar named CGO for Mars Snacking across Asia, the Middle East, Africa & ANZ.

Mars Snacking has named Kartik Chandrasekhar as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and ANZ, strengthening its leadership as it accelerates growth across some of the world’s most diverse and dynamic consumer markets.

Chandrasekhar brings over 25 years of experience spanning FMCG, beauty, personal care, and food brands. Most recently, he led growth initiatives at Kellanova, where he drove portfolio expansion and brand performance across multiple geographies. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly two decades at Hindustan Unilever (HUL), holding a range of senior leadership roles that shaped his deep understanding of consumers and large-scale brand building.

In his new role, Chandrasekhar will focus on driving category growth, strengthening brand relevance, and unlocking new demand levers across the AMEA and ANZ regions. His mandate aligns with Mars Snacking’s emphasis on consumer-centric innovation, localised execution, and sustainable long-term growth.

The appointment reflects Mars Snacking’s intent to invest in experienced growth leadership as it navigates evolving consumption patterns, heightened competition, and increasing demand for differentiated, purpose-led brands across global markets.
