Roy joins Beardo from Marico Limited, where he most recently served as International Business Head, driving growth across diverse geographies and consumer segments. His career spans leadership roles at Mahindra Group (Rise), NTPC Limited, and CESC Limited, giving him a rare blend of experience across consumer brands, large enterprises, and complex operating environments.
At Beardo, Roy will oversee business strategy, growth initiatives, and market positioning, aligning brand ambition with execution across channels. His background in global strategy and brand building is expected to support Beardo’s next phase, as competition intensifies in the premium and mass-premium grooming categories.
