Amagi Media Labs delivered a strong Q3 FY26 performance, with profit soaring 292% YoY to ₹30.94 crore. The cloud-native SaaS firm reported 22% revenue growth to ₹403.8 crore and ₹58 crore in adjusted EBITDA, reflecting significant operating leverage following its IPO.

According to MD & CEO Baskar Subramanian, the profitability expansion was powered by scale-led efficiencies across OTT, FAST, and CTV platforms — segments witnessing accelerating global adoption. As streaming ecosystems mature, ad-tech platforms that combine global distribution with monetisation intelligence are gaining structural advantage.

Strategically, Amagi’s results highlight the strength of a high-margin SaaS model in connected TV advertising, where recurring platform revenues and automation improve cost discipline over time.

Overall, the quarter underscores how post-IPO operational discipline and global streaming tailwinds are translating into sustained profitability for India’s homegrown ad-tech leader.
