Eternal has partnered with OpenAI to embed advanced AI capabilities across its ecosystem including Zomato, Blinkit, Hyperpure by Zomato, District, Feeding India, Nugget, and Stitch.

Leveraging OpenAI Enterprise APIs and GPT-5.3-Codex, the collaboration aims to enhance merchant workflows, enable AI-driven discovery, accelerate software development, and improve operational efficiency at scale. Group CEO Albinder Dhindsa noted that the partnership expands experimentation across high-leverage areas—from engineering productivity to on-ground operational impact. Meanwhile, Oliver Jay, Managing Director, International at OpenAI, emphasized supporting Eternal’s large-scale consumer and partner platforms with real-world AI deployments.
