Serviceplan Group has partnered with Luma AI to embed advanced AI capabilities across strategy, creative development, content production, and campaign delivery marking a major shift in how global agencies operationalise AI.
Led by CEO Florian Haller and Global CCO Alex Schill, the initiative integrates Luma AI into Serviceplan’s “House of AI” ecosystem across its 43+ offices worldwide. The goal: faster iteration cycles, higher creative output, and scalable campaign deployment without compromising originality.Haller emphasised that AI acts as a performance multiplier enhancing creativity, efficiency, and ROI simultaneously. Schill reinforced that AI should amplify, not standardise, creative expression empowering teams to experiment more boldly and execute at global scale.
From Luma AI’s side, CEO Amit Jain described the partnership as moving beyond experimentation to establishing AI as foundational infrastructure. Jason Day, Head of EMEA at Luma AI, noted that competitive advantage in the agency sector will increasingly depend on how deeply AI is embedded into creative workflows.
Strategically, this collaboration signals a broader industry evolution where AI is no longer a tool layered onto campaigns but an integrated backbone shaping productivity economics, creative velocity, and financial performance.
Overall, the Serviceplan Luma AI alliance sets a new benchmark for how global agency networks can translate AI adoption into measurable creative and operational strength.
