Luma AI Launches AI Agents to Run End to End Creative Workflows.

Share

Luma AI has introduced a new generation of AI agents designed to manage end-to-end creative production, from planning and ideation to generation and refinement. Built on its Uni-1 system, the agents can coordinate multiple AI models to create text, images, video, and audio within a single workflow.

The platform integrates leading generative tools such as Sora, Veo, Kling, GPT Image, and ElevenLabs, allowing creative teams to orchestrate complex production pipelines through a single system.

Early adopters including Publicis Groupe Middle East and Serviceplan Group are already integrating the agents into strategy, creative, and production workflows across global teams.

According to Amit Jain, creative teams often struggle not with ideas but with execution capacity. He emphasised that AI agents are designed to act as collaborators that manage tools, maintain project context, and coordinate execution, freeing teams to focus on creative direction and strategy.

Meanwhile, Alex Schill noted that Luma’s integration into the agency’s “House of AI” ecosystem is already helping teams across more than 20 countries collaborate faster while maintaining high-quality creative output for clients.

As marketing and advertising rapidly adopt generative AI, Luma’s agent-based model signals a potential shift in how creative production is structured moving from fragmented tools to unified AI-driven workflows. If widely adopted, these agents could become a core infrastructure layer powering the next generation of global creative operations.
