Gulf Bridge International (GBI) has announced a strategic partnership with Nokia to construct a cutting-edge terrestrial network route via Iraq, leveraging Nokia’s 1830 GX optical platform. This new infrastructure will deliver over 50 Tbps capacity with 100G–400G services, enabling low-latency, high-resilience connectivity across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The project underscores GBI’s commitment to empowering digital transformation and bridging connectivity gaps in critical markets.
