Tata Consumer Products Limited (TCPL) has appointed Sindhuu Govindarajan as Vice President Marketing (Foods Division), marking a key leadership addition to its fast-growing FMCG portfolio.
A seasoned marketing leader, Sindhuu brings extensive experience from Hindustan Unilever (HUL), where she served as Brand Director for Surf Excel, leading some of India’s most iconic campaigns in the home care category. She has also held key roles at Reckitt and Procter & Gamble, driving brand strategy, consumer engagement, and innovation across multiple markets.
At Tata Consumer Products, Sindhuu will spearhead marketing initiatives for the Foods Division, focusing on health, nutrition, and staples a segment witnessing rapid growth amid India’s evolving consumer preferences. Her appointment reflects the company’s intent to strengthen its brand portfolio, enhance category innovation, and deepen consumer trust across diverse food brands.
With over 15 years of cross-functional experience in brand building and strategic marketing, Sindhuu’s leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in driving TCPL’s next phase of transformation from product excellence to purpose-driven storytelling in the dynamic consumer goods ecosystem.
