HireBound has raised $2 million in seed funding to scale its agentic AI-powered hiring platform globally. Founded by Sharad Vij and Kumar Vikramaditya, the company aims to deepen ATS and HRMS integrations while advancing its AI engine.
The funding round was led by Kalaari Capital, with participation from Antler, Infinyte Club, and Careernet.
Having already enabled over 3 million candidate conversations, HireBound is positioning itself as an AI-native recruitment layer automating screening, engagement, and workflow coordination at scale.
Overall, this is a talent automation play: embed agentic AI into recruitment pipelines to improve speed, precision, and hiring efficiency globally.
