Godrej Consumer Products has appointed Mahima Mathur as Head Creative Communications for Disco at Godrej, strengthening its brand storytelling and integrated campaign strategy.
With over a decade of experience in advertising and brand strategy, Mathur spent nearly 10 years at DDB Mudra Group, where she most recently served as Creative Director, leading high-impact consumer campaigns across digital and traditional media.
Her career also includes creative and strategic roles at SoHo Square and Young Communications, where she built strong expertise in brand narrative development, integrated marketing, and performance-led storytelling.
In her new role, Mathur will lead creative communications strategy, helping Godrej strengthen cultural relevance, brand differentiation, and consumer engagement across digital-first and multi-channel campaigns. The appointment signals Godrej’s continued investment in creative innovation as competition intensifies in the fast-moving consumer goods space.
Bottom line: As brands compete for attention in a fragmented media landscape, strong creative leadership is becoming a critical growth driver.
