Gumloop Raises $50M Series B Led by Benchmark to Expand Enterprise AI Agent Automation.

Gumloop, founded by Max Brodeur-Urbas, has raised a new funding round to expand its platform that enables non-technical teams to build AI agents capable of automating complex, multi-step workflows.

The round was led by Everett Randle from Benchmark, with participation from investors including Nexus Venture Partners, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, The Cannon Project, and Shopify.

Gumloop’s platform focuses on simplifying AI automation for business teams without deep technical expertise. Instead of requiring custom development or coding knowledge, users can visually design AI agents that perform tasks such as data analysis, document processing, workflow automation, and system integrations across multiple software tools.

Several fast-growing technology companies already rely on the platform, including Shopify, Ramp, Gusto, Samsara, Instacart, and Opendoor. These organisations use AI agents to streamline operations and automate processes that would otherwise require significant manual effort.

The investment highlights a growing trend in the technology sector where companies are building no-code and low-code platforms for agentic AI, allowing business users to deploy intelligent automation without relying heavily on engineering teams.

Bottom line: With fresh funding and strong investor backing, Gumloop aims to accelerate the adoption of no-code AI agents that help companies automate complex workflows and scale productivity across teams.
