Bengaluru-based space-tech startup ULOOK has raised ₹19 crore in seed funding from growX ventures and Info Edge Ventures, marking a major leap in India’s deep-tech and space innovation landscape.

ULOOK is building autonomous satellite swarms designed to advance RF intelligence and spectrum awareness key to the future of space-based surveillance, communication, and national security. Its proprietary PulseTrack payload and deep-tech engineering enable precise monitoring and signal tracking, strengthening India’s growing capabilities in the global space ecosystem.

Siddhesh Ravindra Naik, Co-founder and CEO, ULOOK, said:

“Having had the exposure of working with advanced space programs abroad and ambitious aerial programs here in India, we are convinced that complex deep-tech can be built right here at home, and in a far more capital-efficient way. The regulatory environment today is finally conducive for entities like ULOOK to exist and thrive.”

Adheesh Boratkar, Co-founder and CTO, ULOOK, added:

“We are building from India for the world, because space, by its very nature, is a global business. Our focus is on world-class capabilities with Indian talent and technology, fully aligned with the vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat.”

Sanjeev Bikhchandani, Founder, Info Edge India Ltd, noted:

“Deep-tech will play a central role in India’s next decade of innovation. ULOOK’s engineering depth, clarity of use cases, and the maturity of its team set it apart. They’ve already validated space-qualified hardware rare at this stage.”

Manish Gupta, Partner, growX ventures, added:

“ULOOK’s pursuit of autonomous, intelligent satellite systems reflects not just technical excellence but a commitment to sovereign innovation with global relevance.”

With this funding, ULOOK aims to scale R&D, expand engineering talent, and lead India’s entry into the era of AI-driven, autonomous space intelligence systems.
